    Do you want to train under the careful and experienced supervision of your coach?

    Then we can arrange a training outing together. Whether it’s Bicycling, running or combined outings I can follow you and give you all the improving feedback on your athletic gesture right as you’re doing it.

    In addition, with my athletes, I organize group bike outings (every Wednesday in good weather departing from North Milan), triathlon race preparation events with an open water swimming focus, and theoretical meetings preparatory to the knowledge and proper practice of endurance.

    In my new book I explore indoor training as a strategic component of modern athletic training, overcoming the idea that it is only a less complete alternative to outdoor training.

    While much information can already be found on outdoor training, here I fill in the gaps on the benefits of indoor training by answering the crucial question, “What do I gain in performance by training at home or at the gym?”
